The Best 2 Ingredient Bagels Recipe

Unlike traditional bagel recipes, these 2 ingredient bagels require no yeast or rising time! If you are craving bagels, you can have freshly baked bagels in about 30 minutes. The best part? You only need 2 ingredients! Technically, I used four ingredients here but that is only because I added an egg wash and everything bagel seasoning on top for some added flavor.  These bagels are a blank canvas, perfect for adding your favorite toppings or making them into sandwiches or pizza bagels for later!

INgredients Needed

Flour: Flour forms the structure of the bagel. You can use all-purpose flour or a gluten-free all-purpose flour if you prefer. Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt gives the dough its moisture and elasticity. Be sure to use full-fat yogurt for the best texture. Optional: To top them off, you can add an egg wash and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning for added flavor!

Bagel Sandwiches: Use these bagels to make a breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and bacon or ham. Pizza Bagels: Turn your bagels into mini pizzas by adding marinara sauce, cheese, and toppings, then popping them in the oven for a few minutes.
