Ingredients Needed

Sweet Potatoes: You can peel them or scrub them well and keep the peel on! Cut them into small matchsticks. Cornstarch: Cornstarch will help release some moisture and the potatoes will get super crispy! Olive Oil: I like to use olive oil to coat my sweet potatoes before roasting them. You can also use a nonstick spray or avocado oil. Salt & Pepper: To taste! Garlic Powder: Garlic powder adds a little bit extra flavor and aroma. Paprika: For a little kick and depth of flavor! Spicy Ketchup: To make a homemade spicy ketchup, you can just cook together ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sriracha! These ingredients make a perfectly savory, spicy, and tangy ketchup to pair with these sweet potato fries.
